I’ll readily admit, I’m typically a devotee of red sauce pizzas. My homemade Margherita pizza will always hold a special place in my heart. While my love for cheese is undeniable, many white pizzas can often feel a little too rich or heavy for my palate. I usually crave the bright acidity of tomato sauce to cut through the richness and provide a perfect balance.
