The Ultimate Pizza Experience: Night One at Sorbillo

That evening, around 8:30 PM, we ventured out to secure a table at Gino Sorbillo. As expected, a sizable queue had already formed, a testament to its immense popularity. However, we were pleasantly surprised that our wait only lasted about 20 minutes. The system was quite efficient; they took names and then called them out over a loudspeaker, adding to the bustling, authentic atmosphere. To switch things up from the Margherita, we ordered simple Marinara pizzas for our second night.
